This is a one-day workshop during which participants:

will become familiar with the concepts of risk, uncertainty, and resilience and the application of these concepts in development aid practice, in particular
will be introduced to the basics of risk management in development aid
will become familiar with the best practices in risk management and resilience building as applied by leading international organizations, including OECD, USAID, UN, EU, DFID, etc.
will learn how to coordinate multi-stakeholder strategic planning for resilience building
